Massage Envy 'shaken' by reported sexual misconduct at spas

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Officials at Arizona-based Massage Envy said Tuesday that reports of sexual misconduct at its franchise spas are "heartbreaking" and the company is strengthening screening and reporting procedures.
