Mailboxes burglarized in south Tulsa

It's a federal offense to tamper with the U.S. Mail, but that didn't stop a south Tulsa burglar. The victims dialed 911 about 10:45 p.m. Sunday when they discovered that their mail boxes had been popped open at their apartment complex.
