Lawmaker condemns student video depicting police beheading

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A university student's video depicting the beheading of a police officer drew a strongly worded rebuke from a Wisconsin state lawmaker who denounced the imagery as "vile" and an attempt to incite violence.
