Kudlow says Haley 'got ahead of the curve' on sanctions

PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — President Donald Trump's chief economic adviser said Tuesday that U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley "got ahead of the curve" when she said new sanctions against Russia were imminent.
