Kim Jong Un: 'Deranged' Trump will 'pay dearly' for threat

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called President Donald Trump "deranged" and said in a statement carried by the state news agency that he will "pay dearly" for his threats.
