Iraq's parliament rejects Kurdish independence vote

BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraq's parliament voted on Tuesday to reject a controversial referendum on independence for Iraqi Kurds set for later this month, saying it is "unconstitutional" and a "threat" to the country's unity.
