Immigrant from Mexico, 2 sisters among mudslide victims

MONTECITO, Calif. (AP) — An immigrant from Mexico and a pair of sisters were among the 20 people killed in devastating mudslides that brought tragedy and sorrow to the idyllic coastal community of Montecito, California.
