Illinois court to issue ruling in Drew Peterson murder case

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) — The Illinois Supreme Court is scheduled to rule on whether former Chicago-area police officer Drew Peterson was properly convicted of murder in the death of his third wife.
