Greek PM: Ending EU talks with Turkey would be a 'mistake'

THESSALONIKI, Greece (AP) — Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras says ending European Union accession talks with Turkey, as German Chancellor Angela Merkel has proposed, would be "a tactical and strategic mistake."
