Governor calls for investigation into Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health System

“The Department of Human Services needs to investigate and make sure a plan of action is developed as soon as possible to address any problems" at the Tulsa psychiatric hospital, Gov. Mary Fallin said in a prepared statement.
