Freeze warning issued for northeast Oklahoma through Monday morning

The freeze warning was issued Sunday as temperatures fell into the high 20s and low 30s. The conditions, the warning states, will kill plants and other tender vegetation. The warning is in effect until 10 a.m. Monday.
