Ex-cop, councilman, mayoral candidate pleads to harassment

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A former Pennsylvania police officer, city councilman and failed mayoral candidate has pleaded guilty to a harassment citation after prosecutors dropped a more serious assault charge involving his ex-girlfriend.
