EU pledges more help to Italy to reduce migrant arrivals

BRUSSELS (AP) — The European Union has agreed to increase funding to help Italy keep migrants from arriving in Europe by crossing the Mediterranean Sea, European Council President Donald Tusk announced Thursday.
