EPA finds nothing toxic at Wisconsin refinery explosion site

SUPERIOR, Wis. (AP) — The Environmental Protection Agency says it has finished monitoring the air at the site of a recent oil refinery explosion in northwestern Wisconsin and found no elevated levels of anything toxic.
