Disturbance over at Kansas prison; minor injuries reported

NORTON, Kan. (AP) — An inmate disturbance occurred Tuesday night at a state prison in western Kansas and local law enforcement officers were called to the scene, including the fire department, the state Department of Corrections confirmed.
