Department of Corrections fugitive from Tulsa apprehended after anonymous tip

DOC officers arrested Joshua Ward, 35, on Friday at a bus stop in Tulsa. Ward allegedly left a Tulsa halfway house Nov. 22 to search for a job but did not return. Ward has a previous robbery conviction and is allegedly connected with the Irish Mob.
