Defiant Kentucky Clerk Jailed Over Refusing Marriage Licenses

The county clerk in Kentucky who has repeatedly defied court orders by refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses was ordered to go to jail after being held in contempt by a federal judge Thursday.
