Debate vigorous as Rockwell town mulls Main Street changes

STOCKBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) — Residents in Norman Rockwell's hometown in western Massachusetts have a colorful debate on their hands — whether to change the bucolic look of downtown to improve traffic safety.
