Crime Stoppers Tip Leads To Tulsa Woman's Arrest In Shooting

Tulsa Police arrested 22-year-old Cynthia Brown, also known as "Cyn Cyn," in connection to a shooting earlier this week, Tulsa Sergeant Dave Walker said in a news release.
