Construction vehicle falls over, damages building in Bartlesville

Shortly before noon, a concrete extension boom truck fell over causing damage to a building at Johnstone Avenue and Frank Phillips Boulevard in downtown Bartlesville, Bartlesville police Capt. Jay Hastings said in a news release.
