Colombia to sign cease-fire with last guerrilla group

BOGOTA, Colombia (AP) — Colombia's government will sign a bilateral cease-fire with the nation's last remaining major rebel group ahead of Pope Francis' visit this week, President Juan Manuel Santos announced Monday.
