Christmas is a time for Tulsans to recycle carefully

There is, in turns out, a long list of items Tulsans should not put into their blue recycling bins. They include, but are not limited to, ribbons, bows, Christmas lights, bubble wrap, tinsel, and even some kinds of wrapping paper.
