Broken Arrow man pleads guilty to indecent exposure in women's restroom

A woman walked into the women's restroom at the Walmart at 6625 S. Memorial Drive about 8:30 a.m. Nov. 20, 2013, and reportedly saw Brian Thomas Hounslow, 40, masturbating in front of the mirrors, according to Tulsa County District Court documents.
