Small wine and spirit distributors in the state say a legislative effort to change Oklahoma's liquor laws would put them out of business and raise prices for consumers, but others say that's just sour grapes. Under current state law, alcohol manufacturers are mandated to sell to all of the state's liquor distributors without discrimination - and at the same price.
