Alleged serial rapist gets arrested in Tulsa

We're told Shawn Freeman has been linked to at least five sexual assaults and the first case may have occurred back in May of 2014. Police say he picked up four of his victims in Tulsa near: East Admiral and North Sheridan, 11 and Garnett, 3rd and Utica, and on East Skelly Drive.
