Al Gore and Gov. Cuomo blast Trump's offshore drilling plan

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Former Vice President Al Gore and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo are denouncing the Trump administration's proposal to open up new areas to offshore drilling.
