3 Tulsa County sheriff candidates removed from ballot

The field of candidates running in a special election to finish the remainder of a former Tulsa County sheriff's term has been whittled down to 10. Former Sheriff Stanley Glanz's was investigated after a volunteer deputy fatally shot an unarmed man. Glanz resigned Nov. 1. The Tulsa World reports that candidates Erich Richter, Arthur Jackson and Henry Jones were removed from the ballot Thursday after hearings.
