Zoning hearing set for donated park

A plan to develop a former residence on Swan Creek in South Toledo into a visitor's center and parkland is scheduled to come before the Toledo Plan Commission this month. The Metroparks of the Toledo Area is asking for approval of site plans and a special-use permit for a future park that will be called Belt House Park.
