Young students get a taste of engineering careers

Members of Northwest Ohio Girl Scout Troop 12334, from Ahlul Bayt Center of Toledo, get ready to learn about the power of Alka-Seltzer from members of Omega Chi Epsilon, the National Honor Society for Chemical Engineering. Step-sisters Jocelyn Hill, 8, and Ryley Shiverdecker, 9, of Monclova, look at the small bulb lit by the current created by electrons running through the potatoes, zinc nails, and lemons.
