Xunlight eyed China move, lawsuit claims

Xunlight, the failed solar-panel manufacturer born out of technology developed at the University of Toledo, from its outset planned to move its operations to China and withheld that information from public entities that provided it money, the trustee in Xunlight’s bankruptcy case claims.
