Workers' compensation bureau to send $1.1. billion in rebates

COLUMBUS — With the stock market repeatedly setting new records, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation today said it will rebate $1.1 billion of its robust investment earnings to the 200,000 employers paying into the system.
