Work to close lanes, Phillips Ave. ramp

A traffic-pattern shift on northbound I-75 between Lagrange Street and I-280 will require single-lane traffic and close a ramp at Phillips Avenue late Saturday into Sunday morning, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.
