Work on water projects good for city

In the year 2002, I was asked to be a member of a newly formed committee to monitor the city of Toledo's implementation of the Toledo Waterways Initiative program and consent decree with the Environmental Protection Agency. That agreement forced the city to eliminate sanitary sewer discharges and to reduce the number of combined sewer overflows into our waterways.
