Witness testifies she saw fire, defendant

It wasn't unusual for Tracy Bishop to hear the door of the garage next to her Magnolia Street apartment go up and down. But when Ms. Bishop heard the familiar noise on the afternoon of Jan. 26, 2014, she soon saw flames shooting from her dropped ceiling along the thin wall that separated her apartment from the garage.
