With governor's office at stake, early voting kicks off in Ohio

Voters will start casting ballots on Wednesday for the Nov. 6 election that offers plenty of sharp contrasts and choices on issues ranging from who will be Ohio’s next governor and U.S. senator, to whether Toledo’s city charter should be amended to create a new regional water commission.
