WestRock to buy Cenveo Packaging

West-Rock Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cenveo Packaging, with six facilities located in North America: Toronto; Charlotte; Jacksonville; Toledo, Ohio; Croydon and the Dominican Republic. Cenveo Packaging is a division of Cenveo, Inc. Cenveo Packaging has generated more than $190 million in revenue over the past 12 months.
