West Toledo man arraigned on homicide charge

Toledo Municipal Court Judge Nicole Khoury set a $1 million bond for Daniel Kirby, 38, of the 3000 block of Marvin Avenue. Police say Danielle Reddick and Charles White were involved in a "domestic disturbance" at her apartment in the 3000 block of Marvin Avenue on Friday afternoon when Mr. Kirby entered with a handgun to "calm the disturbance down," and shot Mr. White in the torso, according to a court affidavit.
