Water work near arena slated to end in time for All-Star Game

Water line work at Huntington Bank’s downtown Toledo branch has shut down part of Huron Street for longer than planned, but the street should reopen in time for most of the ECHL All-Star Game events this weekend at the Huntington Center next door, a city official said Wednesday morning.
