Washington Local board rivals appear before magistrate

Washington Local board of education campaign rivals Patricia Carmean and Patrick Hickey were in a Lucas County courtroom Wednesday for a hearing on a civil-protection order granted temporarily for Ms. Carmean against Mr. Hickey.
