Warmer weather means it's time to patch potholes in Toledo

Wheel covers lost by motorists litter a pothole-ridden stretch of Detroit Avenue just north of Wildwood Avenue. A spokesman for the city said pothole repairs are often undertaken based on the number of complaints made about a specific street or road.
