Village says road closure near CSX terminal is almost ‘illegal’

BOWLING GREEN — CSX Transportation’s proposal to close a local road at the west end of its North Baltimore intermodal terminal has the blessing of the township that maintains the road, but the nearby village of Hoytville isn’t thrilled with the deal.
