Video arraignment set for Delta slaying suspect

DELTA, Ohio — A Toledo man accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend and fleeing to Indiana with their child Tuesday morning is scheduled to appear for video arraignment in Ohio’s Fulton County Eastern District at 1:30 p.m. today.
