Verizon offering unlimited talk, text and data for areas effected by Hurricane Matthew

Verizon Wireless has announced it will be providing unlimited talk, text and data to qualified areas in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina from Oct. 7 through Oct. 11 due to the effects of Hurricane Matthew. The University of Toledo has become the latest victim of a clown scare.
