UTMC, Harbor join partnership with Betty Ford Foundation

The University of Toledo Medical Center and Harbor Behavioral Health have joined a clinical collaboration with the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation to share best practices and other addiction treatment resources, officials announced Thursday.
