Utility work to close parts of Erie, Huron

Underground utility work will shut lanes today and Thursday on parts of Erie and Washington streets downtown, the city transportation division said. Toledo Edison will close lanes on Erie between Lafayette and Washington streets and on Washington between Erie and Ontario streets.
