Utility work to affect Tremainsville, Secor

Utility work will require lane closings early this week at a busy intersection near the University of Toledo, while waterline work will close part of Tremainsville Road today only, the city transportation division announced. Waterline construction along Douglas Road, meanwhile, will close northwest-bound Tremainsville between Douglas and Springdale Avenue from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. today, officials said.
