UT to bill Clinton organization $1,380 for Chelsea’s appearance

Chelsea Clinton’s visit Thursday to support her mother’s White House run marked the first presidential campaign stop at the University of Toledo since the school created a policy requiring reimbursement for expenses related to political events.
