UT students' tuition dollars shouldn't pay for highways

The University of Toledo has pulled out of a decision - made in 2014 by a previous administration - to contribute to funding of a state highway interchange. Spending students' tuition and public taxpayer dollars on highway infrastructure would be a breach of the important trust and compact between UT and our students to provide a high-quality education at an affordable cost.
