UT celebrates homecoming

Pictured above are scenes from the University of Toledo’s Edward C. and Helen G. Schmakel Homecoming Parade. Mascot Rocky the Rocket celebrated his 50th birthday with the honor of being grand marshal of the parade, Sumeya Abdullahi was named Homecoming Queen, and former UT quarterback Bruce Gradkowski also took part in the festivities. The Rockets beat Bowling Green State University, 42-35.
