U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur ‘active, alert’ after hit-and-run crash, her office says

U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D., Toledo) has been hospitalized after being involved in a hit-and-run crash Sunday morning, a spokesman for the congressman said.
